Montaigne’s Cut

2004.
Description
Of the many available definitions of the essay as a literary form, the one that says that the essay is an "attempt" to revive Michel de Montaigne's writing for other purposes is the one closest to me. This does not mean anything more than a reference to the state of modernity in which everything has become globalist prose with spiritual support in essaying reality. Prevailing forms of literary expression did not win over poetry because they would be more elevated than poetic narration. Both forms are a mirror of the spirit of the times. And it is unexpectedly reflected in the ambiguous definition as a combination of rationalism (essay) and sensualism (prose). Pvazum and the experience of reality as an order of scientific and technical progress, poets transformed the basis of speech into something completely monstrous. Namely, that primordial poetic has not disappeared forever.
